We have been building new homes all around Seattle, WA for almost 20 years. Dozens of homes have been built from Tacoma to Everett... and everywhere in between! We have built luxurious mansions all the way to waterfront residential houses. Every inch of our work is carefully planned out before hand and discussed with all homeowners. We understand that communication is the best to establish the best game plan when building your dream house!

We have done new residential homes that are very complex in nature. From the architecture, to double story decks to building on hills. There is literally no job that we haven't come across yet.
New Ktchens - The centerpiece and most traffic of any place in the house. We can give you ideas as well as showing you previous pictures of some of our most beautiful kitchens we've done in the past. We like to have a good mix of modern styles as well as some of our own signature style to really bring the room together and help it tie in with the rest of the home.
New Bathrooms - We can create a palace like restroom area for you and your family. We have tile guys on call and can give you some samples of what we think would work perfectly with your project. Always feel free to show us unique ideas you have, even when it comes to lighting fixtures and cabinets. We have connections with a lot of different retailers and can generally save you time and money on a premium selection.
Other Specialities
Stairs - Where would you like them? What style would you like? A couple of the questions that we would surley get to when we sit down and chit-chat. Can also build for an outside second story patio set of steps
Decks & Patios - This little number will be a great addition. You can have it sitting pretty in the front for an entry area. Can also have something big, that can hold a few dozen people (we've done many)
Foundation Work - One our specialities is working with foundation and making sure everything is inline and ready to take on new construction. We can get bobcats to level out and dig necessary dirt.
Windows - We not only save you a lot of money through our manufactures, but we can install amazing looking windows that can shed a lot of light into your room. Energy efficient in every way.
Doors - Stained oak front doors that seal shut and keep your energy bill down are of the most favored that we tend to install. Can also include sliding glass doors for back deck or coming out of your bedroom
Walkways & Driveways - We have installed fresh paved walkways that lead to cement stairs that look incredible. You can also go with stoned walkways that will definetly make your front yard differ from your neighbors.
